Concession Information
To apply for concession, kindly reach out to our support team to receive the appropriate concession forms tailored to your specific state. We offer the flexibility to deliver these forms either through email or by postal mail, based on your preference.
Concessions may be available to b.energy customers holding an eligible Healthcare, Pension or any other concession card that is issued by the Department of Health & Human Services.
For residents in Victoria, to claim your concession, you will need to submit a Non-Mains Energy Concession Form to the Department of Health and Human Services. This form is obtained via Services: DHHS or you can contact our support team.
For residents in New South Wales, to claim your concession you will need to fill out the concession document provided by services NSW. Please contact our support team for further information.
For residents in South Australia, you will need to submit a Non-Mains Energy Concession Form to the Department of Human Services. This form is obtained from the Department of Communities and Social Inclusions via Concessions - SA or you can contact our support team.
Payment Assistance
If your facing challenges in managing your bill payments or need an extension on your current bill, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Our support team can arrange a personalised payment plan, whether it be weekly or fortnightly tailored to the amount owed. If someone's life is in danger, you can smell gas, there is a fire or other risk to you or your home or workplace, call Emergency Services on 000 right away.
Faults
For service disruptions, please contact your local energy distributor. It’s the best place to start. Your local energy distributor and their 24-hour contact number can be found on the top right-hand corner of your b.energy invoice in the heading, Faults and Emergencies.
Moving Out?
To disconnect your b.energy services, please submit your move out form prior to your chosen move out date. Once we receive your move out details, a final invoice will be issued. By completing this move out form, you’re requesting to have your services switched off at your current address. Complete your form here.

To find your local energy distributor and their 24-hour contact number, they can be found on the top right-hand corner of your b.energy invoice in the heading, Faults and Emergencies.
